I hope noone will mind - seeing the amount of questions which get asked over and over and the number of new or prospective users I've drawn up a few FAQs in a Word file. Please would you have a read and then let me know what's missing or what's not clear -I think if we can get together a list of FAQs like some users have on their personal sites and put it in a sticky ( powers that be please!!!) then it could be of help.

Q: Will it cut Glitter paper?
A: Yes, but it will reduce the life of your blade.

Q: Will it cut this/that paper?
A: Just try with a test cut.

Q: How long will the blade or carrier sheet last?
A: That depends how much you use it.

Q: Where is the 'Select All' option?
A: There isn't one, you hold down the left mouse button and drag the cursor around the images.

Q: Is there an align objects function or shortcut?
A: No, you have to use the grid or draw crosshairs.

Q: Robo Master won't let me Insert JPEGs or BMPs
A: Robo Master doesn't like files saved with CYMK colours, open in your graphics program Paint, Irfanview etc and change the colour option from CYMK to RGB
