Our first Limited Edition Kit has arrived. This one is just £16.95 with FREE p&p and is based on the Chloe's Closet Derby Days range of papers.

This kit contains everything you need to complete loads of layouts, a minibook project and tonnes of greetings cards at the least with plenty left over for more

I saw this kit yesterday morning online and just had to have it, its beautiful, the colours are gorgous, lime and pink. I loved the well thought out ideas in the online gallery so I ordered it straight away.

It arrived today and is even more beautiful in the flesh. I have other kits waiting to be used but i have spent tonight printing out photos for this kit. I am off to a crop on Sunday and this kit will be the first one I'll use.

And when i get home I will make cards with the scraps as this kit comes with 10 white cards and envelopes so for me it is perfect.

I love kits but I don't subscribe, and I don't want alphabet stickers (most of the kits I like include them but I have a die cutter and a few alphas so for me they are a waste of money) so I will be keeping an eye on Sarahs kits in the future.

Its a gorgous and well put together kit, well done Sarah, and anyone who takes the plunge and orders it won't be disapointed, only £16.95 and free p&p, what more could you want.

Yes I have to agree its a lovely kit. I liked the idea of having cards to make as well as scrapping. The papers are lovely and the whole kit is well thought through. I also thought the delivery was great as it came today and only ordered it on Saturday night. I will be watching for the next one. Great ideas too.

Have just uploaded the new kit - it's based on the American Crafts Bookshelf range & can be purchased here (http://www.sarahscardsltd.com/cgi-bin/trolleyed_public.cgi?action=showprod_AUGUST2006KIT 2)

Hope you like it - it's got loads of card & paper in as usual, but the projects this time are a cigar tin accordian book and a paper gift bag. It's scrummy if I say so myself! Again free p&p. The cost of the kit this time is just £18.95

Remember the American Crafts papers are all double sided so if you're not keen on one of the patterns, turn it over for a solid colour! The papers are so thick they are very suitable to use as the base of your LO without the need for card

Let me know your thoughts as always - do hope you like it!

Sarah -- just ordered one and said 'Pay By Post' in the hope I can pay and collect at the NW crop? (I'm another may not have enough money 'til then as I need to get a cheque banked!)

Sassafras Lass is good! Scenic Route is good! I don't know Dream Street. Junkitz is good! I like something I can use with both modern and heritage photos, so not too floral! I also like cardstock weight......

Personally, I need more BLUE papers.

Sarah - it is simply WONDROUS!! I was amazed at the speed of light with which it came, even to the seaside which seems always to take forever - and then when I opened it ..... Wow! It is so lovely I can't wait to have it all spread out on the table and just look at it. But then when I was looking for a kit in the forums I stumbled on yours, and I am so glad I did. I have been back today to buy some more bits, which I am very excited about because it is something I wanted for ages and thought was too expensive - till today when I just went for it!

I got my kit yesterday - was very impressed - showed it to everyone at the crop I went to last night.

Everyone liked the Aunt Sally's Bloomers - they are fabby colours and the cards and gift bag will come in really handy - I was going to buy a stack of blank cards, now I don't need to buy any white ones!

The kits are Limited Edition. A lot of work goes into each one - at the moment because it's the summer holidays I have slightly more time on my hands so am able to concentrate on doing the kits (particularly with the help of a very good friend - JulieM who has been doing layouts and projects for me like there's no tomorrow :lol:) and have been able to get one a week out in August. This will slow down though as life gets busier (am starting IVF again at the end of this month, the concoction of drugs for that tend to slow me down a bit anyway

So the short answer purplewillie is that they will not be on a regular basis, just as and when but as many as I can get out as others sell out

It's absolutely fantastic to do & not something to be afraid of - you literally make your LO in 12 x 12 and then paint the sides of your canvas & around the edges of the top then stick your LO onto it - simple as that!

Thats lovely Eleanor.
The canvas I did by painting sides first and just putting a bit of paint on the edges of the front. Cut backing piece just slightly smaller and used a glue stick to stick to canvas just make sure you put plenty of glue on the edges.Just shout if you need any help.

:lol: :lol: Welllll, you are not going to believe this, but I have my kit - yes, it IS a Sunday and, no, there is no postal delivery today.:wacko:

I live in a ground floor maisonette/flat/whatever, upstairs and my flat have front doors next to each other (but staggered, so there is a recess where upstairs' door is), and there are 'bin cupboards' the other side of the recess (are you with me so far?) So, it goes, bin cupboards, upstairs door, my door. This is relevant - trust me.

I was putting some paper in the recycling bin (yes, in the bin cupboard), when I happened to spot a piece of white the other side of a very large planter that my neighbour has outside her front door.

You guessed it, it was, of course, a certain white pizza box.:D :D Now, I have been out to that bin a dozen times in the last three days and not spotted it before. My neighbour is on holiday so she obviously hasn't seen it, and one of her family was round last night to water plants, and must have walked right past the thing, doh! :huh: It may have been there since Friday (thank goodness there's a roof over the recess and we had no heavy rain).

Must be a temp postie on as my regular one always puts stuff in the bin cupboard. I had to go to the depot twice last week :(

Onto the good stuff - all I can say is WOW! I think it is gorgeous, much nicer colours than I had expected as I have not used any of this range before. Great way to start my stash diet - thanks, Sarah!

Also wanted to let you know that chalk inks do a pretty good job at colouring the edges if you can't be bothered getting the acrylic paint out - or you can use tester pots from the local DIY store for this - whatever paint you can get your hands on really!!!

I have FINALLY used some of my August Chloe's Closet kit. I LOVE it but have been unable to scrap with it until now, don't know why, just had a block!
