Converting a colour photo to sepia

Can anyone help me out, please?

I have Photoimpact XL and Adobe Photoshop CS, but can't work out how to turn a colour photo to sepia. Can do black and white easy, but having more problems with sepia.
DH usually does this kind of thing, but he's on the other side of the world with no internet access:lol:

One way in Photoshop is

Image, Adjustments, Hugh/Stauration, Check Colourise first then set to the following
Hugh 45, Sats, 25, Lightness 0

Then duplicate the layer and set the Muliply, Then duplicate the layer again and choose Screen. Adjust the opacity of the Screen layer to taste.

It is easier to remove the colour in photoshop then just add pink tone.
Does the same trick.

In pse2 there is a sepia tone in the photgraphic efects don't know if it is in the full version of ps though?
