photoshop tutorials

Hi, I am trying to master the photoshop 7.0 and failing miserably :( I wonder if anyone knows of a simple online tutorial for this program?

I am sure there must be one, but I tend to search for tutorials that are specific to something I want to do, so each tutprial I have used comes from a different site really. If that makes sense.

Have you tried lynda.com (http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/modListing.asp#titleListing)? They have a number of free sample video tutorials on Photoshop 7 (and virtually every other creatiive application on the planet!)
