how do i load this plugin to work either in psp or photoshopcs2

have tried in the ways i thought would work with little luck it is an image resizer to acheive better effects.

Hi Susannah,

I haven't heard of this plug in - does it say it will work with PSP & PSCS? If so then putting it in the folder where you have the rest of your plug ins installed should be all that you need to do.

A lot of the plug ins have 8bf file extensions, I've checked mine and I don't have any with the 8LI extension - though I don't have hundred of plug ins so don't know if this is one which won't work.
