Resizing a Photo in PSP

Hi,
I have bought a quick page, that i would like to add a picture too.
I open the picture but its too big to fit in th frame on the page.
Is it possible to drag a corner as in some other programs to make it small.
If not what is the bets way to do this and then get it to sit behind the frame. I am using PSP pro. Many Thanks DENISE x

In PSP 8 you go to the image menu and click resize, then click the radio button by Actual/print size and type your size into the boxes.

Hope this helps, it is not PSP pro but it may be the same.

What is PSP Pro anyway? Or did you just mean Paint Shop Pro?
