The Scraplab Kit

[The Scraplab]

Starting in july, The SCraplab will be putting together a monthly kit. Each month will feature a different brand of papers with coordinating embellishments.

The Scraplab can proudly announce that Annette West is on our design team, and she will be getting to play with these kits before hand. Annette will be completing sample layouts and other projects, which will be included in a leaflet with the kits for inspiration. The kits will be out monthly, and the cost will vary between £12-15 plus P&P.

This will not be subscription based, and the kit will be available for pre order a week prior to dispatch, which will be the first of the month. I will make an announcement when the first one is on site and available for pre order. So watch this space.

I can let you know that the first one is a black and white theme, and includes papers from Doodlebug Designs Basically Black range.

There will also been smaller bonus kits available to order at the same time. :D

Hi Feather, the kits are strictly limited in numbers, and as it will be available on pre order I'm anticipating that they wont be around that long, but If its still available, then yes! But I wouldnt reccomend waiting that long just in case! :lol:

ooo,going to same SDD (or is it DSD? )graduation in July so could also use for that...

the tote is gorgeous...havent finished filling it just yet..off to crop this am so will be taking it with me...I just love it..it holds loads..which leave spaces in my stanley work trolley thingy ..so of course Ive got to fill those with stash..dont want any gaps or else things fall about in it!!!LOL!!!

Well I'm bowled over! I've completley underestimated how popular these kits would be, and there are now only 3 left, and all the bonus kits have gone!:blink:

I cant increase the quantity of next months (as I already have it!B) ), but I'm going to have to make sure that there are more for the month after that.

Yes they all sold out pretty quick I'm afraid.
I'll be putting on the next kit (augusts) in the last week of July. I'll put a notice on here letting you all know before I make a general announcement. It might be useful to subscribe to this thread to keep updated.

I love this kit, its not my usual papers, although I'm a big fan of Junkitz! But when I saw what Annette put together for the kit, I was sold on it! I love the SEI tabs too.:wub:

Oooh I got one, didn't think I had a chance as your message was posted yesterday evening, felt sure they'd have been snapped up, it's my lucky day. I'm one of the strokers, although to be honest I haven't had chance to scrap anything this month, and it will be a challenge to myself to see if I can use the kit or will I just disect it and use bits randomly, really should try to keep it all together. Maybe the A-z bus will help, as I'll need to be quick and not worry about finding coordinating bits and pieces.

This is a gorgeous kit from SEI and Junkitz. Wonderful clean modern lines in blues and purples. Theres some great alphabet stickers too which you can use both the inner and frame, so 2 for the price of 1!!

Also there are two bonus kits to choose from!! but as always, there are less bonus kits than main kits, so these are sure to go quickly. Hope you like them!! :wub:

My lovely package arrived this morning before I set of to visit M&D for the w'end. all looks very useable and I'm sure one day I'll get round to using those little ring things! I love the other paper I ordered at the same time with Union flags on it is terrific, not sure if I'll use it or just put it on the wall.

Could it be possible for them to be posted in pizza boxes. I only say this because now that I have gotten round to stroking and caressing my new kit, I have found lots of crinkles in the papers. One even have a little round mound from the rings. Also it would save my postman trying to squish it up with his stupid rubber bands.

I'm happy with whatever you decide. Haven't had any problems with the package so far. Is it possible to give people the option of packaging or would it make it complecated. Think I'm lucky we've got great postmen here.:wub:

I personally haven't any issue with the way the kit is packaged at present, my postie is a sweetie and sings me Italian pizza tunes as he comes up the driveway just to let me know I have good stuff being delivered, and he wouldn't dream of creasing my parcels as he knows what is inside them.

I found the original packaging ok and the reason i picked your kit originally
was cause it was a lot cheaper than the others which is always a great thing:) and i could afford it and justify how much i could spend on stash,only my opinion but if the price went up, i'm afraid i would't be buying it :(

Just been on the website, which has a notice saying that
Due to changed circumstances the scraplab is closed until after Christmas.
A pity, but I guess we can spend our money elsewhere quite easily at this time of year and look forward to the new kit in January.
