Uploading psp?

OK I have finally managed my first digi LO but can't show it off :D Its currently a psp and I have no idea how to convert it to a jpeg.

When you save it there is a drop down list under the name of the file you are saving.....just choose .jpg and it should be OK to upload here.

Doh you must think me really thick. As I was creating the layers etc I hit save as I didn't want to risk loosing my work. I then looked at save as and psp was the only option. I had just done save copy and got all the different options! :wacko: Dense eh!
