I've just downloaded some frames that are .png files - no idea what they are or how to open them & use ?

Can someone explain in "non digi scrapper" terms pls :D

Thanks

PNG files should be fine in Photoshop. They're a relatively new graphics format, designed to improve on the GIF format (previously used to create fast-loading graphics for web sites, animated images etc.). They should be supported by Photoshop, Fireworks, Paint Shop Pro and most of the others.

In digiscrapping terms, PNG files usually have a transparent background, which makes it easy to place them on your LO.

I use Fireworks and it creates PNG files - superb for webdesign! If you need it converting to jpeg send it over!
