I've not done it yet myself but I've got a great book called Altered Art for the First Time. It's written by Madeline Arendt ISBN 1-4027-1655-9 by Sterling Publishing Co Inc. You might get your library to get it in. HTH

I did one for DD teacher. It's in my gallery ( some of the pages ) but I found it lots of fun & plan to do many more.

I did find that after simply adding PP to the pages there was no way it would close freely as it did in it's original state. I overcame this by adding a ribbon that tied the book closed.

Have fun

Sonia

I bought myself a wonderful book called -altered books workshop- instead of just showing you pretty pictures of other people's altered books it actually tells and shows you how to do it- so now I'm raring to go- got loads of old books from oxfam :)
