You can buy from any site because you download the papers etc - there is no postage.
there is a thread in digital that lists loads of sites you can go to, jut have a look around - i think hesjane put one list on...and be careful cos its very addictive and you can spend a fortune...:lol:

Hiya joolshops,

Im not sure for the resoning behind it having to be from the UK. Most kits (unless you buy them on CD) get downloaded from the websites, so there is no postage or packing.

I have a pretty comprehensive list of sites on my blog and i always have lots of freebie information.

I have just started having a go at Digiscrapbooking and ma getting on
O.K. with thephotographs but would like some advice on the journaling
please. Previously I have been using Word and putting it on card and
cutting into various shapes. Would it be useful to buy a Robo?

Don't really understand what you mean here with digital you don't have to cut anything out, do you mean you want to use digital papers elements etc but for paper scrapping??
