each member to choose their own theme, but every entry to include doodling in some form as per the owners instructions

Rules for Mailing:
Posting of CJ, in a heavy-duty, bubble padded envelope which will take the reuse and abuse by Royal Mail!

It is recommended CJ is placed in a sandwich/ziplock bag to protect it from the elements.

As this runs through holiday periods, there may be posting dates you cannot make - please post on the thread AND pm the person you send to (and the person who sends to you) letting you know when you can post and accept the CJ. This way everyone knows what is happening.

If you have problems, please let me know and we can arrange to bypass you until things are sorted rather than have CJs stack up with one person. Again, this way things keep going without adding pressure to your difficulties.

Postage should be first class by recorded delivery. Please use packaging that will stand 10 trips in the post (waterproof inside bag plus padded envelope recommended).

i done a whole entry for another cj thinking it was a doodling entry and once i had finished i realised my mistake opps, also my desk mat at work is now covered with doodles :) So yes practically doodle on everything now.

Ali I posted SuzieRs to Marilyn on Friday, had to post early to stop DH packing it in one of our 145 moving boxes :wacko: :wacko: No CJ at present but will receive Butterflies and Flowers next week.

Will PM you now as I will be offline for a few days.

At the 11th hour the people we were buying from have pulled out with no reason given and costing us £700. As from tomorrow we will be homeless. All our worldly goods are going into storage and we are moving in with DD and SIL. Will keep you all updated.

yep our 6 month holiday. Every January it's w/in a 3-4 hr flight from the UK and June we go on a long haul trip. Usually an out the avg place and splurge on 4-5** hotels. It's our treat for working soooo hard the rest of the year.

Hi everyone sorry I have not been posting but with good reason. DD went into labour lasted 20 hours then stopped. Started again 4 days later and after 19 hours had to have an emergency caesrean. Bruce Jackson Brown arrived on 1st July weighing 7lbs 7ozs and 20ins. long. Suzanne is 36 and has waited so long for this. Had 2 pints of blood which she did'nt want but did it for Bruce. Hates the thought that some old ************man's blood is coursing through her veins. Home today and we are off to DS1's until 17th when hopefully we will meve into our house. Sorry about the essay:mellow:

I have cheked back the last 3 postings and none of them were yummymummy's cj. So I'm not sure whether I have never recieved it myself or if there is something else. I only have the lastest RM recorded info as the others have been received according to the threads.

There should be recorded Delivery tracking numbers on all of them if they have been posted using RD - that should tell you what is happening with them - you can do it online.

All CJs should be posted with recorded delivery so that they can be tracked - and the RM are responsible for finding them. Have we got those tracking numbers and what does the website say about them.

Can I just say again, when you send and receive, please post on here so that we can chase up problems quickly. Many thanks.

ok her's what happened! We have a local PO run partime Mon-Thurs 9am-12pm. Any ways whenever I post off pkgs I give them to hubby and stops by (it's next door to the Primary)and he drops it off at the counter with a blank check and Maggie fills it in when she gets in. Anyways it appears Maggie had gone on her Hols and subsitute was not happy about doing this and put it off to the side :meany: I have been doing it this way for the past 2years with no problems. :rolleyes: But rules are rules when ur not familiar with the locals.
Population here is 548 so Maggie Knows us pretty well. Honestly her 15 yo babysits for us :D
So I apologise Ladies for causing some of you worry:oops: I'll be back today with a fresh check.

Ally's CJ has gone missing. I still have hopes that we will find it one day but it has got very behind in the meantime and I think the way to solve it would be for anyone who would like to contribute to make a double 6x6 page entry on the theme of 'All about you' that Ally can either make into a new book or paste into the old one if it turns up.

The deadline on this will be the final posting date of the cj. When you have done yours, please pm her for her address and post it off.

A Day in My Life has been with me since before I went on hols. I should have posted it to Becs on 7th August, but obviously that's changed. Becs should then have sent it to Fiona if she'd still been here, so I should have, on 28th August. I still haven't received Bec's fill in page, so why don't I just post it anyway? So Fiona can work on it and pass it forward.

Then, when I receive Bec's pages I can just find where the cj is and post it direct to that person? It'll only cost a little extra in postage and then we won't be holding everything up?

I could also do the same with the Butterflies and Flowers?

The third one I've got is Fiona's own, which I received last week and have done, so there's no-one else - except for Becs - so it won't be holding anyone else up.

Sorry folks I am still on dial up. I have no CJs, posted 1 to Marilyn late, 1 on time and 1 early. We have had the house move from hell so much damage. To name a few Dh's 60's music centre is damaged beyond repair as is computer desk, mirrors..........the list goes on. The bright side is baby Bruce is doing really well and is taking notice of everything around him. About 12 boxes to unpack and we are there. We have downsized from a huge 4 bed detached to a 3 bed semi. Will pm addy to Yummy Mummy and Ali.
