Whew! Have now finished Ad inspirations for Maggie!:lol: I took it with me to the Edinburgh crop on Saturday and forgot the ad and the piccie to go with it!:o However, got everything ready and have just assembled it all this afternoon! will hold on to it until we are all ready to send them home, so you will just have to wait a little longer Maggie!:lol:

It had been sitting here for ages and I was getting worried that I was late, so its home safe and sound. Have not heard much from Lorna, shell be on ho,iday by now and did want to send Robbie home but he must have got distracted by another woman, that man, no wonder hes gone down in history, he would have been a good person to stick in the BB house, a more typical Scott than the other two!

I'm really sorry Elaine - I've just noticed this! I sent it and it came back to me with my old addy label on - the one I used for your fell off:wacko: It seemed secure to me! It arrived back on Saturday while I was on pack holiday - then I've been recovering from that & a stomache bug I had at the same time.

I sent you the sizes in a PM ..... just found it - It's June and August that's left. The pages are 13.5cmx13.5cm and the opening of the bags is on the RHS for both so you can do the dates on a tag for them if you wanted for either page. the september page is about autumn, and the may and july ones are flowers.

I'm really really sorry!

Karen mine arrived on Friday - just before I went away. It's gorgeous girls!! Thank you. Can't wait to try some of those yummy chocolate recipes!!:D:D:D

Just back from two very hot weeks in Cyprus - temperatures hit 44 inland on Sat.

I still have Karens cj to finish - planning to get it done before the weekend. Think everyone would be as well posting journals home when they are ready as some are already away and people are getting ready for holidays. I'll put a list up later on so we can see when everyones is home.

OK here are some pictures:

1. Lorna's Coca-Cola entry (there is a hidden tag that pulls out to reveal a photo of Lorna's DS and some journalling) - love all those circles Lorna..I am sure to use this idea sometime.

2. Karen's entry inspired by BT ad - loving the big photo and the circle for journalling

3. Elin's entry inspired by her Tesco freebie magazine :P - sorry this hasnt scanned too well - the writing and photo mat are gold IRL, not black. Love that curved effect...will be using that too :)

4. Elaine's Alfie LO - again scan not great - the ribbon is a bright pink IRL - love the simplicity of this, the monochromatic feel and just a touch of pink :)

5. Susie's LO - is it a bird, is it a plane, no its Superman - based on the movie poster (what a great idea, will be checking out the cinema for ideas now)

6. Ally's gorgeous LO - love the colours in this and it will work well as an 8 1/2 x 11 LO

7. Di's LO - I love this so much - it really made me smile - will definitely be scraplifting this in oh about 8 or 9 years time I think :)

8. Sara-jane's Rascal's Rest - another one that made me laugh - love how you have changed the text to "NOT machine washable"

9. and lastly Izzy's shoes LO - what's not to love about shoes - I like how you got some tartan in (Karen will be please :lol: ) - I like the way you have used your punch to make a border and all the stamped background - yet more ideas for future use.


Can I just say thank you once again to everyone that contributed to my CJ. I really do love it and will keep it on my desk for inspiration for a long time to come. You are all great :wub:

Oh I had forgotten what I had done, and so nice to see what everyone else came up with.
When I started this Cj ( and the other Scottish one) I had never done one, a CJ virgin a year ago
and now they are finnished and finding there way home, whats that been almost 9 months in the making and now a safe delivery home, just like a baby!

Glad your CJ is home Izzy - would love to see it as the only entries I have seen in it are yours and mine :D

To upload the pictures I just clicked on the "manage attachments" button - below the reply box (in additional options). make sure your images are less than 70kb each and not bigger than 800x1500 in size - you can uplaod up to 5 images with each reply.
