i just keep taking the tablets ali then i dont weeble too much..the night times are difficult if i wake to go to the loo i have to bounce off all the walls on the way to the toilet then if itd 4/5 am i take an anti sickness tablet so when i get up at 6 am i am not falling all over the place..lol
hubby keeps calling me weeble bum..not nice...26years this week i have been married to this man///i have told him hes only still here because he does the ironing and allows me to scrapbook...lol

I tried Stemetil and Stugeron but nothing stopped the dizziness and nausea.
The worst bout was when I was dizzy and nauseous constantly for 4 months, I adjusted to it though, your brain adjusts after a while!
It normally fades away in time, hope yours doesn't stick around too long.

karen i hope i dont suffer for this for ever..although doctor did say that it will take 2 months at least as i have severe vertgo and labrynthitis..
the tablets ali are called prochlorperazine and antbiotics..the proch things help me for 2 hours or so then i bounce of all the walls..i can t even move my eyes so no scrapping/ rersading/ watvching tv...
can only be up for 2 hours then start bouncing around..so back to bed...

Ali - well to be honest it was a pretty crap appointment:angry: They didn't really tell us much except that she is very behind. I was pretty upset to say the least, but took her into nursery today and then found out alot of additional information from them. I did agree to them being there and good thing I did, because by being very behind they are talking 4 months behind. She was tested as a 4 year old and her results came back as a 3 year 8 month old .. sorry but 4 months isn't huge and it still puts her within her peer age group. Considering this time last year she was 12 or so months behind, I think she's done jolly well. Nursery and both her SALT and DISCs people thought she had done brilliantly and they were really pleased with the progress she has made. I'm all for her having support in the school, the more the better as far as I'm concerned. Everything changes come September when she starts school, and we'll get a whole host of new therapists. One who has already assessed her and believes she is a typical 4 year old who has a slight speech delay.

Your CJ is looking lovely by the way .. just need to try and decide what I want my theme to be!

I'm sorry the cj hasn't gone to Sarah yet.

Been having problems with stiff hands for some reason - Not sure if it is linked to the fluey tummy bug I had or just a sign of old age ;)

They are a lot better now so I'm hoping to get the cj finished tonight and off tomorrow.

All the cjs have looked fab and this one is no exception.

vertigo is still bad..but better than it was if you know what i mena...i am being sent to the neurologist as i have had some falls..and they think the vertigo might be some thing to do with my myopathy/neuropathy?///i think its just vertigo..my ears are still sore and my toe is swelling again so more antibiotics i expect..
