Due to unforseen circumstances Nicky isnt able to host the DWTP cj and without a host we cannot go ahead as planned. Sorry to let you all down - im dreadfully dissapointed, as I know Nicky is, she was thrilled you all wanted to be involved and it would have been a great theme.

I think you have to have been in and completed at least one CJ to be a host, you would then need to pm scrappbunny with the details as listed in the CJ forum. I am currently hosting one which is almost done, and really wanted to do this one - hope someone can get it up and running

OK, just read the rules and not sure if I qualify or not.

I have done a CJ in the past (one of the ones that Mark sorted) but that was before the rating system.

It would be great if we could still do it. I'd offer to host it but I'm already hosting one at the moment and I think that will be enough to keep me busy!

I've been out all day & only just seen the other thread. I'd love to join in & would be more than happy to act as host if Linz isn't able to do so - I've already hosted 2 CJs before - 1 complete & the other which will be finishing in the next week or so.

Likewise - I'm sorry if I upset you Nicky - there have been other Discworld CJs before which I've missed so I was pleased to find one I could join in.

However, I'll let this one go if that is what you want.

i know u were hun :( im just really really gutted that it is not going to happen.. we had been planning this cj for a couple of months... and i was SOOO looking forward to doing it... more disappointment and sadness than anything else really.. im sorry it looked like i was lashing out at you.. it wasnt meant to be like that... i feel like i just had that long longed for icecream bought for me just to have it knocked out of my hands by the village bullie...

There's nothing sinister going on here. To host a CJ you must have a positive trader rating for taking part in another CJ already, that's all.

I'm closing this thread now as the chat for this CJ should take place in the new thread.
