http://www.scrapgirls.com have a newsletter that gets sent out several times a week (3) and they always have two different freebies in each issue that are usually elements... I love their stuff, I can't stop raving on about it hehe. Hope that helps!
It's wonderful that you are only 12 and getting a good start on things already, hope you enjoy learning new things :D
Well done! scrapbook-bytes have freebies too.:)
Have you tried Shabby Princess?

Ok...check out twopeasinabucket, too for more freebies.
& you may want to check out the Designing With Digital book, too.
It's got a CD with tons of kits & elements on it, plus a 300 + page pdf with tutorials on how to do the pages in the book!

As you by now know many sites have freebies that they happily give away. Some of the best are Shabby Princess, Two Peas in a Bucket ( great kits and muliple recently) Natural Designs in Scrapbooking, 3Scrapateers, Goucho Girl, Digital Design Essentials, Designer Digitals, Gotta Pixel ( requires 30 posts to download but large kits availible and a daily download), Scribblesonline, Younique Photos and Raggedy Scrappin. There are of course many more. Try searching each one for freebies or for designer samples. You will have to enter the boutiques of some of the sites as things go through as a purchase (but of course cost nothing) You might also like to look at PC Hug which has all sorts of free fonts and clipart ( with a programme to use them these are very far removed from stick figures, better for use on greetings cards and scrapbooking , painted art work in colour) which download very easily. Lettering and Creative delights also have a free programme and freebies to use in it , especially good for titling. You can load in your page from another programme and add journaling art and titles very easily.

I have some freebies on my blog (http://www.myblog.de/selanasscrapwelt), it is in german, but just click on "Freebies" at the left and they will show up... at the bottom of the page you can click "eine Seite weiter" to see the next page...
Now I'm off to look at your gallery, I hope you like some of my stuff

I hope I am not butting in, but also, if you go to Oscraps, they have a special area for kid digi-scrappers, the Kid-O's.
Love to see you there!
